Employer Branding of thyssenkrupp Ferroglobus and thyssenkrupp Materials Slovakia.
Based on the approved strategy we have recommended the application of an integrated toolkit containing both internal and external communication elements, with the aim to strengthen the loyalty and motivation of present and potential future employees and also support the recruitment initiatives of the company. In the center of activities there have been tools such as a personalized welcome package, a starter kit for new employees, a calendar with photos of employees as models wearing designer clothing, or visual and content support of grandiose internal employee events, based on unique concepts. These activities have been complemented by a career site, employee workshops, LinkedIn and Facebook activities and games, creating advertisements and employee recommendation campaigns both in blue and white collar versions and making a unique 360-degree company video.
The campaign has grown into a comprehensive communication project of the company. Thanks to that internal communication has become intensive and targeted, and interest in newly opened positions has increased intensively.
