Richter Gedeon Plc., with a history spanning 125 years, is one of Hungary’s leading pharmaceutical companies. Its Hungarian organization employs around 6,000 people across more than 500 different roles, ranging from researchers and pharmaceutical manufacturing specialists to firefighters and museum curators. This diversity is also reflected in the company’s recruitment needs: Richter continuously seeks talent in areas including research and development, manufacturing, logistics, marketing, and engineering, while engaging potential candidates with the same effectiveness as employees who are already part of the Richter community.

At Richter, a well-defined communication strategy plays a key role in ensuring effective information flow throughout the organization, strengthening employee engagement, and reaching potential candidates in a meaningful way.

Working closely with Richter’s Internal Communication and Employer Branding team, we follow established strategic principles, directions, and guidelines while aligning internal and external communications. Our goal is to reach multiple target audiences simultaneously and effectively—not only delivering measurable results, but also creating lasting value for the organization through communication.

How do we support the Richter team?

Internal Communication:

  • We plan and execute topics and communication activities in line with Richter’s internal communication strategy.
 
  • We optimize the flow of information for the organization’s digital internal communication platforms, whether through written content, graphic design, or video production.
 
  • In addition to supporting day-to-day communications—such as summer camp registrations, organized blood donation campaigns, AI usage guidelines, and news about investments and developments—we also work on strategically important initiatives that strengthen employee engagement. These include the launch of a new internal communication platform, promoting the use of RinGO, campaigns related to the company’s 125th anniversary, and the internal communication and organization-wide rollout of Richter’s business strategy for the next decade.

Employer branding:

  • Building and strengthening Richter’s employer brand is a key priority in both external and internal communications. Our collaboration therefore focuses on several strategic areas.
 
  • Strengthening the company’s presence at events: we enhance Richter’s employer branding through exhibition stand design, presentation design, promotional merchandise recommendations, and engaging event activation concepts.
 
  • Employer Brand Ambassador Program: we support the relaunch of the ambassador program, enabling current employees to share authentic stories that help potential candidates gain a genuine insight into what it is like to work at Richter.

Social media:

  • We manage Richter’s presence across Meta platforms and Google channels based on a social media strategy specifically developed to support employer branding and recruitment objectives.
 
  • We strengthen reach, engagement, and traffic to Richter’s Career pages through content creation, visual design, website management, and campaign management.
