For SmartFM, one of the leading companies in the facility management industry, we delivered a complete brand transformation. Our goal was to create a new brand identity and digital presence that reflects the company’s professionalism, technology-driven mindset, and employer appeal. The objective was to build a modern, distinctive brand that would elevate the company both visually and through its communications.
The project began with a strategic foundation, followed by the development of a comprehensive visual identity system, including a new logo, visual direction, typography, and brand assets. Based on these elements, we designed and developed SmartFM’s new, clean, business-focused website, serving both customer acquisition and recruitment objectives. Throughout the collaboration, we defined the company’s key communication directions, established the content strategy for its social media presence, and launched a consistent, planned communication program on Facebook. We created content formats that strengthened the company’s expert positioning, increased the visibility of its employer brand, and helped attract potential candidates. We also implemented the measurement framework required to track campaign performance, making it possible to monitor how different marketing channels contributed to website traffic and recruitment conversions.
As a result, SmartFM’s online communication evolved from occasional activity into a structured, measurable marketing system. An active, regularly updated Facebook presence was established, content was built around clearly defined strategic themes, recruitment and branding campaigns became highly targeted, and the website provided transparent performance tracking for all marketing activities.
