Task

Our task was to develop the communication strategy of a corporate group formed from long-established member companies with more than a century and a half of heritage. This included creating the related messaging framework and designing a renewed, unified corporate identity.

The objective was to make the new corporate group’s dynamic operation visible, highlight its modern, complex, and versatile expertise in the automotive industry, showcase the outstanding capabilities of its employees, and emphasize the organization’s commitment to continuous development.

Solution and Results

Following an in-depth analysis of the competitive and market environment, we identified key communication opportunities for the brand, defined its current and desired market position, and established its core brand values. Based on this, we developed the positioning statement and proposed a renewed slogan and messaging framework.

As a next step, we designed a new logo and created the updated brand identity. Finally, we provided recommendations for communication activities supporting the new market positioning.

The renewed brand communication was first launched on the corporate website, followed by ongoing social media activity across the company’s LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram platforms.
